Our story

Personalized care, one guest at a time.

Maki Munay comes from Quechua: maki, hands, and munay, love. It is a promise about how the work is done, not a marketing line.

Meet Ingrid

Ingrid Medina is a mom, wife, and grandmother who came to this work because she wanted people to leave feeling better than they walked in. She is a licensed massage therapist and a licensed esthetician.

Because she handles every service herself, she remembers the shoulder that always locks up, the products your skin reacted to, and the pressure you actually like. Nothing gets re-explained at your next visit.

Her focus is simple: relax, restore, glow. Where healing meets luxury, in a room quiet enough to feel it.

What a visit here is like

One guest at a time

No waiting room shuffle and no overlapping appointments. The studio is yours for the length of your service.

Adjusted to you

Pressure, focus areas, and products are decided in the first few minutes, then revisited during the session if something changes.

Small touches included

Hot towels come standard with every massage, and aromatherapy is part of the Maki Relax package.
