Deposits & cancellations
Every service is held with a deposit at the time of booking, and the deposit is applied to the price of your treatment.
There will be a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Before you arrive
- Monday opens at 2 PM; Tuesday through Saturday open at 10 AM. Wednesday is closed.
- For waxing, hair should be about 1/4 inch long, and skip lotions or oils that day.
- Tell Ingrid about injuries, pregnancy, allergies, or retinol use when you call.
